Though the Affordable Care Act was passed in 2010, many of the established reforms became effective in 2014. This session will focus on how the changes in the health insurance market will impact pricing and financial costs to employers and consumers. It will also touch on penalties the law imposes on employers and consumers and offer strategies to ensure your organization is not fined.
